I am located in ‘Salons by JC’ in the Villages of Forum Parkway.

I would like to make a reservation but I don’t see a time that works with my schedule?

No worries! I do accept before/after hours reservations for a $20 pre-paid fee. To book before or after regular hours call/text 210-727-8473

DO you require a deposit to book?

No, no deposit is needed to make a reservation.

What is your cancelation policy?

Reservations that cannot be completed must be rescheduled 25 hours in advance. If a reservation is not rescheduled 25 hours before the reservation time a 40% fee of all scheduled services must be paid before a new reservation can be made.

What is your late policy?

You have 10 minutes to make it to your reservation before the reservation is automatically canceled at the 40% fee is applied.

Can I bring additional guest to my reservation?

If you are receiving an intimate wax service you may not, but there is waiting areas in the salon. All other services you are welcome to bring a guest. I also allow children to come to reservations with their parents.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay

are there any fees I need to know about?

Yes, when you check out with any method besides cash you will see a .99c convince fee from our POS provider.

What anatomy do you wax for Brazilian services?

I only wax female anatomy at this time.

When I check out it asks me to tip? Why when you are the owner?

Great question! I currently allow guests to leave “tips” but all gratuities will be given to my church’s building fund! So, by leaving a tip you will actually be blessing a local ministry!
